香格里拉市是迪慶藏族自治州下轄市之一，原名中甸縣，藏語稱“建塘”，相傳與巴塘、理塘系藏王三個兒子的封地。

納帕海 Napahai
納帕海自然保護區(qū)是香格里拉最有高原特色的風景區(qū)之一，雪山、草原、牛羊組成了大西南的塞北風光。納帕海的大小會隨著季節(jié)而變化，夏末秋初時雨水頻降，湖面增大，秋末至次年冬春，湖水下落。
Napahai Nature Reserve is one of Shangri-La's most scenic areas with plateau characteristics. 噶丹·松贊林寺 Kardan Songzanlin Temple
噶丹·松贊林寺是云南省規(guī)模最大的藏傳佛教寺院，也是康區(qū)有名的大寺院之一，還是川滇一帶的黃教中心，在整個藏區(qū)都有著舉足輕重的地位，被譽為“小布達拉宮”。

松贊林寺又名歸化寺，于公元1679年依山而建，公元1681年竣工，五世達賴喇嘛親賜名“噶丹·松贊林”。寺院是一座古鎮(zhèn)規(guī)模的古堡群建筑，外形猶如一座古堡，集藏族造型藝術之大成，又有“藏族藝術博物館”之稱。

梅里雪山 Meili Snow Mountain
梅里雪山又稱雪山太子，因平均海拔在6000米以上的有13座山峰，故又稱“太子十三峰”，主峰卡瓦格博峰海拔高達6740米，是云南的第一高峰。

雨崩村 Yubeng Village
“天堂的后院”雨崩村落，就位于德欽梅里雪山腳下。
The "backyard of paradise" Yubeng village is located at the foot of Deqin Meili Snow Mountain.
雨崩村四面群山簇擁，因其地理環(huán)境獨特，所以人煙稀少，全村只有20幾戶人家，至今還沒有通公路，目前只有一條人馬驛道通往外界，進出雨崩村至少需要徒步六個小時。
Surrounded by mountains in Yubeng Village, because of its unique geographical environment, it is sparsely populated. There are only more than 20 families in the village. 普達措國家公園 Pudacuo National Park
普達措國家公園位于滇西北"三江并流"世界自然遺產中心地帶，海拔在3500米至4159米之間，內有有明鏡般的高山湖泊、水美草豐的牧場、百花盛開的濕地、飛禽走獸時常出沒的原始森林，原始生態(tài)環(huán)境保存完好。
Pudacuo National Park is located in the center of the "Three Rivers Parallel" World Natural Heritage in northwestern Yunnan, at an altitude of between 3500 meters and 4159 meters. 藏區(qū)注意事項：
Matters needing attention in Tibet:
1.在藏民家做客，請你喝茶或飲酒時，如果確實不能喝，要婉言謝絕。在接受哈達時，請雙手接過，如果對方直接戴在你的脖子上，不要立即取下。
